Is a wedding performed in Italy legally recognized in our country?
Yes, once you are married a marriage license will be issued that has to be presented to your local registrar office. In Italy it is possible to have a valid civil wedding, religious wedding, symbolic ceremony or a simple blessing. In the case of legal weddings, it is necessary to present documents to the local authorities. The documentation necessary varies according to the nationality of the bride and groom and the type of ceremony requested.

I've been recently divorced. Can I get remarried with a legal, civil wedding?
Yes. For the bride, as long as three hundred days have passed since the date on the final absolute decree, you may remarry in Italy. For the groom, there is no time restriction.

What about the wedding contract?
All customers are required by company policy to sign a contract. This is a legal document that guarantees the booking of all wedding services. The contract protects both Wedding Florence and the Client.
Once you have signed the contract, you can add as many services as you prefer to your wedding package.

What kind of payments do you accept?
Our payments are usually received in two installments.
We ask for a 30% non refundable deposit when you sign the sent contract as a guarantee for us to confirm the location, minister and basic services. The remaining payment is due 60 days prior to the ceremony.
We prefer BANK TRANSFERS but we do also accept: 1. Euro bank draft/cheques 2. VISA credit cards (with a surcharge of 2.3% of the total charged amount) 3. Travel cheques in US currency 4. Cash on arrival in some circumstances to be discussed with the coordinator.

Can I cancel my wedding?
You may cancel your wedding, however cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fees vary depending on how far ahead of the wedding date you cancel and the expenses incurred beforehand on our part and those of our vendors.
The later you cancel, the greater the cancellation fee will be.
You will need to inform us of your changes in writing and be certain that we have received your written notice within a certain number of days.
Your wedding planner will then advise you as to the next steps.

How will we be assured of the reliability of your services?
You may speak to couples we have worked with in the past, and we will write up a legal contract when we undertake to assist you with your wedding plans. We are a legally recognized company in Italy.

What do you mean by frequent and constant e-mail assistance?
One member of our staff will be in touch with you on a regular basis through e-mail correspondences to guarantee you perfect results for your wedding day. You will receive a contact phone number that you may use in case you need to speak with a staff member closest to your wedding location.Your personal wedding coordinator will present you with various options for all price ranges showing you photos and detailed information.
